Inspire Law was born in 2007 and initially specialised in insurance litigation services (which we are delighted to confirm we still provide). The practice was incorporated in 2010 and is aiming to surpass an annual turnover of £1m in the next few years.

Our Services

We specialise in bringing and defending Will dispute, Will contest and inheritance claims (although we also deliver insurance litigation and insurance dispute resolution services).

Whilst there are no typical cases, they mainly comprise the following:

  • Disputes about the legal validity of Wills
  • Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Claims arising from the administration of an estate
  • Constructive Trust and Proprietary claims
  • Claims to remove a Caveat
  • Breach of Trust
  • Removal and/or replacement of a Trustee/Executor
  • Claims against Solicitors in professional negligence usually associated
    with the negligent drafting of Wills
